Refund policy

All items purchased from Coast to Coast Crystals are carefully packaged with care and love. However, from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. Any and all broken items will be handled case by case. A photo must be sent to coasttocoastcrystals@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. There are no refunds or replacements for chipped items. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
