Order Processing

Please allow between 1-14 days for order processing. Shipping time and processing time are not the same. Processing is the time from which you place the order, to when it gets packaged and sent out. 

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. A valid reason must also be provided. To start a return, you can contact us at coasttocoastcrystals@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

Shipping Policy

After your item is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. If you signed up for text message updates at checkout, you will receive a text as well. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment time. Once your package reaches the Post Office, it now becomes their responsibility. Coast to Coast Crystals is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. There is no refund for a delayed, lost, misplaced, or stolen shipment. All packages are shipped through USPS. All packages are sent from Hartford, Wisconsin. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. If you fail to provide a correct and complete address and fail to notify until it is shipped, there will be no refund or replacement of product(s). If the package is shipped and then returned to me, Coast to Coast Crystals will cancel immediately and the products will go back on the shelf. Once the package is returned and you want to reship it, you will have to pay for shipping again. 

Disclaimers

Some crystals may have natural discoloration, cracks, chips, inclusions. Any items with serious and/or notable damage will be disclosed. All crystals range from shape and color. The piece you receive may not look exactly like the photos provided. All of our crystals are manually measured, please allow for minor differences. 

Damaged Products & Packages

All items purchased from Coast to Coast Crystals are carefully packaged with care and love. However, from time to time your items may be damaged during transit. Any and all broken items will be handled case by case. A photo must be sent to coasttocoastcrystals@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. There are no refunds or replacements for chipped items. 

 

Collecting Personal Information

When you visit the site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual as “Personal Information”. See the list below for more information about what Personal Information we collect and why.

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the site.
  • Purpose of collection: to load the site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on site usage to optimize our site.
  • Source of collection: collected automatically when you access our site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.
  • Disclosure of a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify
